This is a legally obligating agreement.

Globe Gateway B.D. Ltd. ("Globe Gateway") is the operator and administrator of this website, which contains information data related to foreign trade and enterprises, selected news and articles, commentaries and in-depth commercial surveys and analyses, as well as user-related information, added-value services, internal User-email system and graphics.  

The basic features and services of Globe Gateway are available to all visitors of the website free of charge. However, many of the features and Services offered by Globe Gateway are available only to registered Users of Globe Gateway who purchase a User subscription, according to Globe Gateway price lists ("Price List") and payment terms as may be amended and updated from time to time.   

By subscribing to Globe Gateway and by accessing, viewing or otherwise using Globe Gateway website or any webpage, or feature available through Globe Gateway , any information provided as part of the Globe Gateway services, or any related emails, newsletters or services (hereinafter collectively "Globe Gateway " or the "Services"), or by clicking "Join Globe Gateway " during the registration process, User is concluding a legally binding agreement with Globe Gateway ,  according to the terms of this  Web Site User Agreement ("Agreement") and becomes a Globe Gateway user ("User").

In the event a User is using Globe Gateway on behalf of a corporation, company or other legal entity, such entity may have a separate agreement with Globe Gateway , but is nevertheless individually bound by this Agreement.

In case you do not wish to become a User, do not conclude the Agreement, do NOT click "Become a business member" and do not access, view, or otherwise use any Globe Gateway webpage, information or Services.

By becoming a User, a User acknowledges that he/she read and understood the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and that he undertakes to be bound by all of its provisions.

1.      User's Obligations

User is obligated to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the provisions of this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.

Without derogating from the above, User is obligated to the following terms:

Grant of License and warrant to User's submissions: In case User shall choose to submit content of any kind (including any User generated content, ideas, concepts, techniques and data), by such submission and by concluding this Agreement, User grants Globe Gateway an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, sublicenseable and royalty free right to Globe Gateway to copy, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, use and commercialize, in any way, anything that User shall submit to Globe Gateway , without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to User or to any third party. By submitting any information to Globe Gateway , User represents and warrants that such submission is accurate, is not confidential, and is not in violation of any contractual restrictions, confidentiality restriction or other third party rights. User further agrees to inform Globe Gateway in the event that any such information has changed since User's submission of the said information with Globe Gateway and, if appropriate, agrees to make such modifications on his own to his profile.

Globe Gateway shall exercise no control over any content he or others shall submit while using Globe Gateway . Globe Gateway has no obligation to verify the identity and/or the accuracy of any data or information relating to or supplied by any User or to supervise the content which has been provided by User.

Personally identifiable information collected through Globe Gateway shall be treated according to Globe Gateway Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time at Globe Gateway sole discretion.

User is invited and requested, prior to joining Globe Gateway and/or submitting any information and/or data to Globe Gateway , the extent to which User wishes to reveal personal information to other Globe Gateway Users and to Globe Gateway and refrain from submitting to Globe Gateway and its Users any information the dissemination of which could be harmful.

Service Eligibility. User represents and warrants that User (a) ia not under the age of 18; (b) has not previously been suspended or removed from Globe Gateway ; (c) is not a direct competitor of Globe Gateway ; (d) does not have more than one Globe Gateway account at any given time; and (e) has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement or other provision to which User is a party or by which User is obligated. In addition, User must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to Globe Gateway .

Obligation to keep User's password secure: User undertakes to keep User's password confidential, not to use other Users' accounts and not to let others use User's account. User shall be responsible for any occurrences that happened through User's account - until User's notification to Globe Gateway of a breach. User is prohibited from selling, trading or otherwise transferring  User's Globe Gateway account or any information therein to another party or charging anyone for access to any portion of Globe Gateway , or any information therein.

Indemnification: User shall indemnify Globe Gateway and hold Globe Gateway harmless from any damages, losses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) related to third party claims, charges or investigations, caused by (a) User's failure to comply with this Agreement, including, without limitation, User's submission of content that violates third party rights or applicable laws, (b) any content submitted by User to Globe Gateway or (c) any activity in which User engages on or through Globe Gateway .

Terms and Conditions of Purchase: In the event User shall subscribe to any services that Globe Gateway offers or shall offer in the future for a charge, User shall pay the applicable fees as they become due plus all related taxes and reimburse Globe Gateway for any collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of User's subscription and on each renewal thereafter unless and until User shall cancel his/her membership. 

In addition, all purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions:

(a) The current subscriber and renewal rates offered by Globe Gateway are available on the Registration page.
(b) All purchases are final. No refund will be given for unused portions of User's subscription period.
(c) Globe Gateway guarantees that mail sent mail sent by purchaser will be processed by Globe Gateway system and sent to the recipient's mailbox on Globe Gateway's system. Notwithstanding the above, Globe Gateway does not guarantee a response from the recipient nor does it make any other promises or warranties of any kind.
(d) Purchaser hereby agrees that subscription privileges are non-refundable in the event that purchaser shall choose to suspend or cancel his /her membership. Furthermore, no refund will be made in the event of termination of purchaser's membership due to a violation of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
(e) By submitting a purchase, purchaser hereby acknowledges, agrees and authorizes Globe Gateway to renew purchaser's subscription, automatically, every month, at the guaranteed renewal rate that applies to the purchase option chosen by Purchaser, until such time as purchaser shall instruct Globe Gateway to stop the renewals. Renewal can be stopped by sending a written request to Globe Gateway and receiving a written approval for the cancellation by Globe Gateway .
(f) In the event User's subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, Globe Gateway shall bill User's payment method on the last day of such month. For example, in the event a User became a paying subscriber on January 31st, User's payment method will next be billed on February 28th.
(g) Globe Gateway may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, provided that it shall give User an advance notice of these changes by email.
(h) User may change the payment method, or notify Globe Gateway of any change in User's credit card validity, by sending a formal request and get the approval of Globe Gateway .

Notification of acts contrary to the Agreement: In case User believes or suspects that User is entitled or obligated to act contrary to this Agreement under any mandatory laws, User shall provide Globe Gateway with detailed, 30 days prior written notice before any act contrary to this Agreement, in order to allow Globe Gateway to consider an alternative remedy for the situation.

Forums/Blogs/Chat Rooms: As a part of Globe Gateway web site, Globe Gateway may operate and offer Users to participate in forums, blogs and chat rooms where Users will be able to exchange opinions post observations and comments on designated topics. Any information and/or ideas and/or comments submitted by User during the course of use of the said features shall be considered as information submitted to Globe Gateway , and Globe Gateway cannot and will not guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and information so shared.

GLOBE GATEWAY AND ANY GLOBE GATEWAY AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A MEMBER'S MISUSE OR MISAPPROPRIATION OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION POSTED IN ANY FORUMS, BLOGS AND/OR CHAT ROOMS.

Privacy: User is invited and requested to carefully read Globe Gateway full Privacy Policy before deciding to become a User of Globe Gateway . User is aware, that certain information, statements, data and content (such as photographs) which User may choose to provide Globe Gateway might, or are likely to, reveal User's gender, ethnic origin, nationality, religion and/or economic status, and that User is providing all such information, statements, data and content in full acknowledgment thereof and under User's sole responsibility. By providing such information to Globe Gateway , all of which is optional, User is hereby expressly giving User's informed consent to the processing by Globe Gateway of such data.

As a condition to access Globe Gateway , User agrees to not:

  • duplicate, license, sublicense, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, rebrand, otherwise transfer or commercially exploit Globe Gateway (excluding content posted by you) except as permitted in the User Agreement;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying intellectual property used to provide Globe Gateway , or any part thereof;
  • utilize information, content or any data you view on and/or obtain from Globe Gateway to provide any service that is competitive, in Globe Gateway's  sole discretion, with Globe Gateway ;
  • imply or state, directly or indirectly, that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Globe Gateway unless you have entered in to a written agreement with Globe Gateway Corporation;
  • adapt, modify or create derivative works based on Globe Gateway or technology underlying the Services, or other Users' content, in whole or part;
  • rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell access to Globe Gateway or any information therein, or the equivalent, in whole or part;
  • deep-link to the Site for any purpose, (i.e. including a link to a Globe Gateway web page other than Globe Gateway's home page) unless expressly authorized in writing by Globe Gateway or for the purpose of promoting your profile or a Group on Globe Gateway ;
  • access, reload or "refresh" or make any other request to transactional servers more than once during any three second interval;
  • use manual or automated software, devices, scripts robots, other means or processes to access, "scrape," "crawl" or "spider" any web pages contained in the site;
  • use automated methods to add contacts, send messages or other permitted activities;
  • access, via automated or manual means or processes, Globe Gateway for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance or functionality or for any competitive purpose;
  • engage in "framing," "mirroring," or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of Globe Gateway's website;
  • attempt to or actually access Globe Gateway by any means other than through the interface provided by Globe Gateway ;
  • attempt to or actually override any security component included in or underlying Globe Gateway ;
  • engage in any action that interferes with the proper working of or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including but not limited to unsolicited communications, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or transmission or activation of computer viruses;
  • remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on Globe Gateway , including those of both Globe Gateway or any of its licensors;
  • remove, cover or otherwise obscure any form of advertisement included as part of Globe Gateway ;
  • use any information obtained from Globe Gateway to harass, abuse or harm another person;
  • collect, use or transfer any information, including but not limited to, personally identifiable information obtained from Globe Gateway except as expressly permitted in the User Agreement or the owner of such information may expressly permit;
  • interfere with or disrupt Globe Gateway , including but not limited to any servers or networks connected to Globe Gateway , or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Globe Gateway ;
  • upload a cartoon, symbol, drawing or any content other than a photograph of yourself in your profile photo;
  • use or attempt to use another's account without authorization from the Company, or create a false identity on Globe Gateway ;
  • infringe or use Globe Gateway's brand, logos and/or trademarks, including, without limitation, using the word "Globe Gateway " in any business name, email, or URL or including Globe Gateway's  trademarks and logos on any website without authorization;
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available or initiate any content that:
  • falsely states, impersonates or otherwise misrepresents your identity, including but not limited to the use of a pseudonym, or misrepresenting your current or previous positions and qualifications, or your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present;
  • is unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
  • includes any personally identifiable information for which there is not a field provided by Globe Gateway ;
  • includes information that you do not have the right to disclose or make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
  • infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights;
  • includes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. This prohibition includes but is not limited to (a) using Globe Gateway invitations to send messages to people who don't know you or who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact; (b) using Globe Gateway to connect to people who don't know you and then sending unsolicited promotional messages to those direct connections without their permission; and (c) sending messages to distribution lists, newsgroup aliases, or group aliases.
  • contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment of Globe Gateway or any User of Globe Gateway ;
  • forges headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Services; and/or
  • adds to a content field content that is not intended for such field.

2.      User's Rights
Provided that User is in compliance with all User's obligations under the Agreement, Globe Gateway grants User a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nonassignable, nonsublicenseable right to access, through a generally available web browser (but not any scraping, spidering, crawling or other technology or specialist software used to harvest data) to view information that Globe Gateway provides on Globe Gateway webpages, as Globe Gateway  intends such information to be used, and only in accordance with the Agreement and any specific terms of use that Globe Gateway make available to all Users. User may submit information to Globe Gateway at User's own risk of loss per Sections 1, 4 and 8 hereof. Globe Gateway grants User no other rights, implied or otherwise.

User's right to use certain those features and Services offered by Globe Gateway only to registered Users of Globe Gateway who purchase a User subscription, will be restricted only to Users who registered and became a paying subscriber, and actually paid all fees due according to such User's subscription plan, as shall be updated from time to time.

3.      Globe Gateway Rights and Obligations
The purpose of Globe Gateway is to provide its Users with business-related relevant information, news and articles in the field of foreign trade and cross-border transactions, as well as related topics, and to provide a service to facilitate information services, including business oppurtunities as well as professional networking among Users throughout the world.

For as long as Globe Gateway continues to offer services, Globe Gateway shall provide (and seek to update, improve and expand, in similar and different new ways) the Globe Gateway platform and Services with the purpose of providing all members with creditable and reliable information and data, as well as professional networking connectivity, through Globe Gateway's  proprietary tools, rules and protocols which Globe Gateway may update, improve, discontinue and change at any time, at Globe Gateway's sole discretion.

Any other use of Globe Gateway (such as to use Globe Gateway as a means of generating revenue through the sale of contacts or information to others) is strictly prohibited and is a violation of this Agreement.

Globe Gateway allows Users to access Globe Gateway as it may exist and be available on any given time. Globe Gateway has no other obligations, towards Users and/or any other third party, except as expressly stated in this Agreement. Globe Gateway may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue any and all services offered by Globe Gateway , partially or entirely. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on our site or by email communication to Users. Globe Gateway reserves all rights not expressly granted herein, including, without limitation, title, ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights and interest in Globe Gateway , including any information originated from Globe Gateway and related items.

Globe Gateway reserves the right to withhold, remove and/or discard any content available as part of User's account, with or without notice. For avoidance of doubt, Globe Gateway has no obligation to store, maintain or provide User a copy of any content that you or other Users provide when using the Services.

Globe Gateway may include or automatically produce links to third party web sites ("Third Party Sites"). Globe Gateway is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such web sites or resources. Globe Gateway shall also include articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (the "Third Party Applications, Software or Content"). In case User decides to leave Globe Gateway and access the Third Party Sites or to use or install any Third Party Applications, Software or Content, User does so at User's own risk and is hereby aware that Globe Gateway's terms and policies no longer govern.

User acknowledges and agrees that Globe Gateway may send User information and notices regarding the Service by email or through other means, including mobile or other hand held devices. User acknowledges and agrees that Globe Gateway shall have no liability associated with or arising from User's failure to maintain accurate contact or other information, including, but not limited to, User's failure to receive information about the Service. User hereby acknowledges, consents and agrees that Globe Gateway may access, preserve, and disclose User's registration and any other information User provides if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce this Agreement; (c) respond to claims of a violation of the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to User's requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Globe Gateway , the Globe Gateway Affiliates, its Users and the public.

Globe Gateway may limit the number of connections a User may have to other Users and prohibit User from contacting other Users through use of the Services.

User is solely responsible for his/her interactions with other members and Users. Globe Gateway reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between User and other members or Users and to terminate User's account if Globe Gateway determines, in its sole discretion, that doing so is prudent.

4.      Disclaimer
DO NOT RELY ON GLOBE GATEWAY, ANY INFORMATION THEREIN, OR ITS CONTINUATION. WE PROVIDE THE PLATFORM FOR GLOBE GATEWAY AND ALL INFORMATION AND SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IF USER IS DISSATISFIED OR HARMED BY GLOBE GATEWAY OR ANYTHING RELATED TO GLOBE GATEWAY, USER MAY LEAVE GLOBE GATEWAY AND TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 6 HEREOF AND SUCH TERMINATION SHALL BE USER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

GLOBE GATEWAY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES FOR THE DELIVERY OF ANY MESSAGES (SUCH AS INMAILS, POSTING OF ANSWERS OR TRANSMISSION OF ANY OTHER USER GENERATED CONTENT) SENT THROUGH GLOBE GATEWAY  TO ANYONE. IN ADDITION, GLOBE GATEWAY NEITHER WARRANTS NOR REPRESENTS THAT USER'S USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. ANY MATERIAL, SERVICE, OR TECHNOLOGY DESCRIBED OR USED ON THE WEBSITE MAY BE SUBJECT TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OWNED BY THIRD PARTIES WHO HAVE LICENSED TO GLOBE GATEWAY SUCH MATERIAL, SERVICE, OR TECHNOLOGY.

GLOBE GATEWAY DOES NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATION TO VERIFY THE IDENTITY OF THE PERSONS SUBSCRIBING TO ITS SERVICES, NOR DOES IT HAVE ANY OBLIGATION TO MONITOR THE USE OF ITS SERVICES BY OTHER USERS OF THE COMMUNITY ; THEREFORE, GLOBE GATEWAY  DECLINES ALL LIABILITY FOR IDENTITY THEFT OR ANY OTHER MISUSE OF YOUR IDENTITY OR INFORMATION.

GLOBE GATEWAY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WHICH IT PROVIDES WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS IN FUNCTIONING. IN PARTICULAR, THEIR OPERATION MAY BE TEMPORARILY INTERRUPTED DUE TO MAINTENANCE, UPDATES, OR TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS. GLOBE GATEWAY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY SUCH INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS IN FUNCTIONING. FURTHERMORE, GLOBE GATEWAY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY MISFUNCTIONING, IMPOSSIBILITY OF ACCESS, OR POOR USE CONDITIONS OF THE GLOBE GATEWAY SITE DUE TO INAPPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT, DISTURBANCES LINKED TO THE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, TO THE SATURATION OF THE INTERNET NETWORK, AND FOR ANY OTHER REASON UNRELATED TO GLOBE GATEWAY.

5.      Limitation of Liability
Neither Globe Gateway cnor any of its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees, shareholders, or directors ("Globe Gateway Affiliates") shall be liable for (1) any damages in excess of five times the most recent monthly fee paid by User, if any, or [250 NIS including VIT], whichever amount is greater, or (2) any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or loss of use, profit, revenue or data to User or any third person arising from User's use of the Service, or any of the content or other materials on, accessed through or downloaded from Globe Gateway even if Globe Gateway  is aware or has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitation of liability set forth in the preceding sentence shall:

1. apply regardless of whether User bases User's claim on contract, tort, statute or any other legal claim, Globe Gateway knew or should have known about the possibility of such damages, or the limited remedies provided herein fail of their essential purpose, and

2. not apply to any damage that Globe Gateway Affiliates cause User intentionally and knowingly in violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

6.      Termination
User may terminate this Agreement, for any or no cause, at any time, with notice to Globe Gateway which shall be effective upon Globe Gateway processing such notice. Globe Gateway may terminate the Agreement for any or no cause, at any time, with or without notice, which shall be effective immediately or as may be specified in the notice. Termination of User's Globe Gateway account includes disabling User's access to Globe Gateway (including any content submitted by Users or by others) and may also bar User from any future use of Globe Gateway .

Globe Gateway may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the membership of any Users who infringe any intellectual property rights and/or privacy rights and/or other legal rights of others.

7.      Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, User shall lose access to Globe Gateway . The terms of this Agreement shall survive any termination, except Sections 2 and 3 hereof.

In the event of termination of the Agreement of a paying User from any reason, Globe Gateway shall cease to bill such paying User's payment method, effective from the billing date following the termination of the agreement. Nevertheless, purchaser hereby agrees that no refund or credit shall be provided for any partial subscription period.

8.      Choice of Law; Arbitration

Choice of Law: The Agreement and any disputes with Globe Gateway or any Globe Gateway Affiliate arising out of or relating to the Agreement or Globe Gateway ("Disputes") shall be governed by Israeli law.

Arbitration: Any Disputes shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration institution of the International Chamber of Commerce (" the ICC"), to be held in Tel Aviv, with a written decision stating and legal reasoning issued by the arbitrator(s) at either party's request, and with arbitration fees and reasonable attorneys' fees of both parties to be borne by the party that ultimately loses.

Exception from Arbitration Agreement: Either party may obtain injunctive relief (preliminary or permanent) and orders to compel arbitration or enforce arbitral awards in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.      General Terms

Severability: If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under mandatory laws of a particular jurisdiction, such provision shall be interpreted as to give maximum effect to its intended purpose and this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of (a) such provision under the laws of any other jurisdiction, or (b) any other provision of the Agreement.

Notices: Globe Gateway may notify User via postings on [www.israelgateway.co.il], and via email or any other communications means to contact information provided to Globe Gateway by the User. User may also notify Globe Gateway via email at [info@globegateway.com] or via mail or courier at [P.O.B. 278 Givatayim 53102]; any notices provided by User without compliance with this Section on Notices shall have no legal effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between User and Globe Gateway regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Amendments to this Agreement: Globe Gateway reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace the terms of the Agreement, effective upon posting at [[www.israelgateway.co.il] or notifying User otherwise. If User does not want to agree to changes to the Agreement, User may terminate the Agreement at any time per Section 7 hereof.

No informal waivers, agreements or representations: Globe Gateway failure to act with respect to a breach by User or others does not waive Globe Gateway's  right to act with respect to that breach or subsequent similar or other breaches. Except as expressly and specifically contemplated by the Agreement, no representations, statements, consents, waivers or other acts or omissions by any Globe Gateway Affiliate shall be deemed legally binding on any Globe Gateway Affiliate, unless documented in a physical writing hand signed by a duly appointed officer of Globe Gateway .

No Injunctive Relief: In no event shall User seek or be entitled to rescission, injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enjoin or restrain the operation of the Service, exploitation of any advertising or other materials issued in connection therewith, or exploitation of the Service or any content or other material used or displayed through the Service.

Assignment and Delegation: User may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Agreement and any purported assignment and delegation shall be ineffective. Globe Gateway may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the Agreement, fully or partially. Globe Gateway may also substitute, by way of unilateral notation, effective upon notice to User, Globe Gateway Corporation for any third party that assumes Globe Gateway's  rights and obligations under this Agreement.

Globe Gateway User Types and Subscription Plans

1.         Free User

1.1 Registration: Not necessary
1.2 Payment: Free of charge
1.3 Available Services:

1.3.1 Access to news and articles;
1.3.2 Information regarding countries, events and delegations;
1.3.3 Access to general information (global weather reports, currency exchange rates, traveling and vacation information)

2.         Visitor

2.1 Registration:  Basic details, including name, position and e-mail address;
2.2 Payment: Free of charge
2.3 Available Services:

2.3.1 Access to news and articles;
2.3.2 Information regarding countries, events and delegations;
2.3.3 Access to general information (e.g. global weather reports, currency exchange rates, traveling and vacation information);
2.3.4 Access to basic information regarding business opportunities and Business Members;
2.3.5 Site newsletters (subject to User's explicit request during registration process).

3.         Business Member

3.1       Registration: Full details
3.2       Payment: NIS 50 Per month  (VAT included)
3.3       Available Services:

3.3.1 Display of personal business profile at site's Business Members section;
3.3.2 Display of personal business card at site's home page;
3.3.3 Access to full information regarding business opportunities, including contact information;
3.3.4 Ability to search other Business Members and access to full information relating to Business Members, including contact information;
3.3.5 Display of Member's business opportunities (up to 3 business opportunities per each Business Member at any given time).
3.3.6 Access to news and articles;
3.3.7 Information regarding countries, events and delegations;
3.3.8 Access to general information (e.g. global weather reports, currency exchange rates, traveling and vacation information);
3.3.9 Site newsletters (subject to User's explicit request during registration process);

4.         VIP Business Member

4.1       Registration: Full details
4.2       Payment: NIS 250 Per month (VAT included)
4.3       Available Services:

4.3.1 All Services available to Business Member;
4.3.2 Display of highlighted personal business card at site's home page;
4.3.3 Display of Member's business opportunities (up to 5 business opportunities per each VIP Business Member at any given time).

5.         CD Member

5.1       Registration: Full details
5.2       Payment: NIS 50 Per month (VAT included)
5.3       Available Services:

5.3.1 All Services available to Business Member;
5.3.2 Display of special personal business card (CD card) at site's home page;
5.3.3 Display of Member's business opportunities (up to 12 business opportunities per each CD Member at any given time).

Membership Purchase Terms and Conditions:

All purchases of User subscriptions are subject to the following terms and conditions:

(a) The current subscriber and renewal rates offered by Globe Gateway are available on the Registration page.
(b) All purchases are final. No refund will be given for unused portions of User's subscription period.
(c) Globe Gateway guarantees that mail sent by purchaser will be processed by Globe Gateway system and sent to the recipient's mailbox on Globe Gateway's system. Notwithstanding the above, Globe Gateway does not guarantee a response from the recipient nor does it make any other promises or warranties of any kind.
(d) Purchaser hereby agrees that subscription privileges are non-refundable in the event that purchaser shall choose to suspend or cancel his /her membership. Furthermore, no refund will be made in the event of termination of purchaser's membership due to a violation of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
(e) By submitting a purchase, purchaser hereby acknowledges, agrees and authorizes Globe Gateway to renew purchaser's subscription, automatically, every month, at the guaranteed renewal rate that applies to the purchase option chosen by Purchaser, until such time as purchaser shall instruct Globe Gateway to stop the renewals. Renewal can be stopped by .
(f) In the event User's subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, Globe Gateway shall bill User's payment method on the last day of such month. For example, in the event a User became a paying subscriber on January 31st, User's payment method will next be billed on February 28th.
(g) Globe Gateway may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, provided that it shall give User an advance notice of these changes by email.
(h) User may change the payment method, or notify Globe Gateway of any change in User's credit card validity, by .

Special Offer for First Business Members:
During the first  2 years of Globe Gateway site operation, starting on 11.11.11, business membership shall be free of charge.
